Coronavirus Update

Our top priority is the well-being of our patients. With so much attention on coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that we are taking extensive steps to help ensure your health and safety when you visit our office. We continue to follow recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for cleaning and sterilizing, and we are closely monitoring CDC reports for updates on coronavirus and how it might impact our communities.

Here are some safety measures you can expect us to take to keep everyone safe:

We are doing preliminary COVID screening over the phone prior to appointments and asking to be called if anything changes between then and your appointments.

We're asking our patients to wait in their cars and give us a call when they arrive so we can make sure your dental chair is sterile and ready to go, by doing this we can limit people congregating in the waiting room. If you're unable to call or wait in a car when you arrive, just give us a call before leaving and we will make accommodations.

We ask our patients to wear a mask or facial covering while at the office but don't worry if you don't have one, we can supply it so everyone is protected while moving to your room.

We are checking the temperature of all staff and patients upon arrival to the office.

We’re extending appointment times to allow for the deepest cleaning to the operatories between appointments and supply more time for the other measure which will aid in lessening any congregation in the waiting room.

We have added social distancing measures such as 6ft away floor markers, glass at the front desk, and signage on the chairs in the waiting room.

While getting any dental work done, our office has obtained special suction supplies to collect any aerosols that are released from anything sprayed.

And the latest measure that will reinforce our sterile environment is a device that is best in its class, we've installed the RGF Reme Halo LED in-duct air purifier that kills and removes any viruses such as COVID-19, bacteria, odors and dust in the air to make sure that if any of the previous measures fail for any reason that everyone stays safe. Take a look at this video explaining it!
